This term the big two issues will be pay and workload.
In terms of pay, following appraisal meetings some/many members will be denied pay progression. The toolkit below shows you how to prepare the groundwork for your appeal. We are anticipating a lot off work in this area this term so we are asking members to read the advice below and start gathering the paperwork for appeal – see below.
In terms of workload we are asking members to take collective action to reduce it using the ASOSA instructions first issues in 2012. Get NUT members together and start saying NO to additional paperwork/meetings/observations etc
